My wife and I recently put an in-ground pool in our yard, and the pool company recommended Kyle Thibeault at Silver Stone Landscaping to finish the job. We were told that this was a top-notch company that would take the project from being merely a back yard pool to a tropical oasis. And - did they ever!

Over the winter, we met several times with Kyle, who determined what our needs and expectations were. He then came back with a detailed drawing that not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. He answered all our questions, and provided pictures, diagrams, and a detailed quote. We could hardly wait for him to start.

The project started precisely when scheduled, and went without a hitch. From the intricate stone patio, to the landscaping and plantings, we constantly marveled at the effort, quality of work, and attention to detail. We both said that it reminded us of watching a painter or sculptor creating a work of art.

You do not come accross guys like Kyle Thibeault very often. Right from the moment we first met him, it was obvious that his passion is landscaping, and that his pride is his company, Silver Stone Landscaping. He put his heart and soul into our project, and delivered superior value and outstanding customer service. My wife and I now have a beautiful yard that we are very proud of, but we both say the same thing - the only person we know who may be even more proud of our yard is Kyle Thibeault. And we think that says a lot.

I just wanted to write to thank you regarding the recent landscaping job you and your company completed at our company’s first show home @ 30 High Meadow Drive in Pritchard Farm Southlands.

The yard is truly a showpiece and turned out beyond our expectations. In my opinion, and from the numerous comments we’ve received from friends and prospective clients, it is one of the nicest landscaped yards in the Pritchard Farm Developments.

At the start of the project we had a bit of an idea as to what we were looking for, however your suggestions, ideas and ultimately the final design is what made it a success. The landscaping increased the homes curb appeal ten fold and will definitely contribute to its eventual sale and for that I thank you.

I also wanted to mention what a pleasure it was dealing with you personally. Your courtesy and professionalism and commitment to us as customers was nothing short of first class. In this day and age where some companies make clients feel like they’re doing them a favor just by showing up it was quite obvious that you and your employees take customer service seriously.
